About

Cole Swensen is a Los Angeles-based singer, songwriter, and producer creating music that cuts through the mental noise. With a sound shaped by introspection and emotional clarity, he writes for a generation navigating the transition into adulthood, encouraging healthy self-expression and full-hearted living through his songs.

A Bay Area native, Cole began his musical journey by scribbling lyrics in high school notebooks and busking on downtown sidewalks. Since 2018, he has self-produced every track, blending folk-rooted storytelling with modern production sensibilities. His style draws inspiration from the likes of Joni Mitchell, James Taylor, Bon Iver, and Phoebe Bridgers.

To date, Cole’s music has garnered over 8 million lifetime streams on Spotify. Most recently, he auditioned for Season 20 of America’s Got Talent, marking an exciting new chapter in his evolving career.

His debut EP, “Soul Center,” released on July 18. The project is a deeply personal reflection on the relationships and experiences that shape how we see the world. At its core, it’s a meditation on embracing the full spectrum of emotion and a reminder that, through it all, family remains life’s true anchor.
